    摘要:

    科创中心、国家综合性科学中心等区域科技创新高地建设已成为我国以科技创新驱动高质量发展的重大战略举措。区域科技创新高地建设也经历了从强调经济导向、科技导向,向强调科学、技术、产业、城市等多制度逻辑协同的转变过程。本文试图从多重制度逻辑视角建构当前区域科技创新高地建设的响因素,并采用动态QCA研究方法,揭示科学研究、技术创新、产业发展与城市环境之间各因素相互影响的组态模式,提出区域科创高地建设的3种组态路径。

    Abstract:

    The construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds, such as science and technology innovation centers and national comprehensive scientific centers, has become a significant strategic initiative in China's pursuit of high-quality development driven by technological innovation. The construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds has undergone a transformation from emphasizing economic and technological orientations to emphasizing the synergy among multiple institutional logics such as science, technology, industry, and urban development. This paper attempts to construct the influencing factors of the current construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds from the perspective of multiple institutional logics. Using the dynamic QCA research method, it aims to reveal the configurational patterns of mutual influence among factors such as scientific research, technological innovation, industrial development, and urban environment, and proposes three configurational paths for the construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds.
