Abstract:The construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds, such as science and technology innovation centers and national comprehensive scientific centers, has become a significant strategic initiative in China's pursuit of high-quality development driven by technological innovation. The construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds has undergone a transformation from emphasizing economic and technological orientations to emphasizing the synergy among multiple institutional logics such as science, technology, industry, and urban development. This paper attempts to construct the influencing factors of the current construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds from the perspective of multiple institutional logics. Using the dynamic QCA research method, it aims to reveal the configurational patterns of mutual influence among factors such as scientific research, technological innovation, industrial development, and urban environment, and proposes three configurational paths for the construction of regional science and technology innovation high grounds.
