The Logical Orientation and Practical Approach of New Agricultural Science Construction from the Perspective of the Transformation of Knowledge Production Mode

摘要:

新一轮科技革命、产业革命的来临,推动在生产实践新需求与科学技术新动力下的经济发展模式由“要素驱动”“效率驱动”向“创新驱动”转型,知识生产模式随之由Mode1向Mode2转变并进一步向Mode3演化。“新农科”建设以农科学科知识产生情境、目的、方式的迭代新深为其根本转向,本质在于推动传统农科知识生产的转型以适应当前社会发展的需求。遵循知识生产模式演进逻辑,结合知识生产模式转型与“新农科”建设紧密耦合特征,剖析知识生产模式转型下“新农科”建设蕴含的逻辑理路,运用概念格理论厘清“新农科”建设目标层级,并从学科情境、知识形态、组织形态阐释“新农科”建设应然意蕴,着眼于谋划“新农科”何以可能基础上,相应地提出“新农科”建设实践进路。

Abstract:

The advent of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution has promoted the transformation of the economic development model from "factor-driven" and "efficiency-driven" to "innovation-driven" under the new needs of production practice and the new impetus of science and technology, and the knowledge production model has changed from Mode 1 to Mode 2 and further evolved to Mode 3. The construction of "new agricultural science" takes the iterative new depth of the situation, purpose and method of agricultural science knowledge generation as its fundamental turn, and the essence is to promote the transformation of traditional agricultural science knowledge production to meet the needs of current social development. Following the evolution logic of the knowledge production model, combined with the close coupling characteristics of the transformation of the knowledge production mode and the construction of "new agricultural science", this paper analyzes the logical path of the construction of "new agricultural science" under the transformation of knowledge production mode, clarifies the target level of the construction of "new agricultural science" by using the concept grid theory, and explains the due meaning of the construction of "new agricultural science" from the disciplinary context, knowledge form and organizational form, and focuses on the possibility of planning the "new agricultural science", and puts forward the practical approach of the construction of "new agricultural science" accordingly.
