区域负荷资源聚合响应潜力评估方法研究

    摘要:

    聚合响应作为电力负荷管理的新型手段,可挖掘区域电力负荷中的灵活性资源,是实现国家“双碳”目标的重要途径,是形成新质生产力的途径。区域电力负荷数量众多、类型结构复杂,需通过负荷特征辨识,分析不同类型负荷的响应潜力,聚合形成区域高响应率资源池,为电力系统安全稳定可靠运行提供基础。以实际区域电力负荷数据为例,分析其负荷资源聚合响应潜力,为进一步推动我国区域负荷响应资源的探索研究与深入挖掘提供参考。研究表明:(1)本文所提方法可以有效识别出区域负荷资源中不同负荷群组的响应特性。各类群组响应特性差异较大,根据群组特性统一调度管理,可实现响应资源的有效聚合与评估;(2)本文所提方法有针对性地挖掘区域负荷的响应潜力,与传统电力负荷分类方法相比,资源池整体聚合响应能力可提升23.62%至25.11%,显示出本文方法在聚合响应潜力挖掘方面的显著优势;(3)本文所提方法可有效识别区域负荷响应潜力的能力缺口,并针对不同的能力缺口,制定差异化的群组资源挖掘方案,为未来进一步提升区域聚合响应能力形成规划建议。

    Abstract:

    Aggregated response, as a new approach to power load management, can unlock flexibility resources within regional power loads. It is an important pathway to achieve the national "dual-carbon" goals and serves as a means to create new productive forces. Regional power loads vary in quantity and have complex structural types, necessitating load characteristic identification to analyze the response potential of different load types and to thoroughly exploit the aggregated response potential of regional loads. Taking regional power load data from the UK as an example, this study analyzes its load resource response potential, providing a reference for further exploration and in-depth exploitation of regional load response resources in China. The research indicates: (1) The method proposed in this article can effectively identify the response characteristics of different load groups in regional load resources. According to the group characteristics, unified scheduling management can be achieved to effectively aggregate and evaluate response resources. (2) The method proposed in this article can pointedly explore the response potential of regional loads. Compared with the UK"s power load classification method, the overall response capability of the resource pool can be increased from 23.62% to 25.11%, demonstrating the significant advantages of this article"s method in exploring aggregation response potential. (3) The method proposed in this article can effectively identify the gap in the ability to identify regional load response potential and develop differentiated group resource exploration plans for different ability gaps, providing planning suggestions for further improving regional aggregation response capacity in the future.
