To achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas, talent is the supporting force, and technology is the driving force. Technology is the main driving force for the development of new quality productivity in rural areas, and technology commissioners are an important force in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Guangdong, as a major and strong economic province, has a prominent weakness in high-quality development due to the uneven development between urban and rural areas. To realize the grand goal of agricultural and rural modernization and common prosperity of farmers and rural areas, Guangdong should firmly grasp the development law of rural productivity, make good use of scientific and technological talents and "sharp tools" of scientific and technological innovation, guide scientific and technological talents to stimulate their own innovation spirit and creativity, make scientific and technological special commissioners a strong support for the "Ten Million Project", help Guangdong to promote coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions to create a new situation, and make greater contributions to the practice of Chinese path to modernization in Guangdong.
