基于自主出版平台服务一流科技期刊建设的创新发展路径及应用探索——以lighthouse scholar聚光学术平台为例

    摘要:

    世界一流科技期刊的建设对象应包含中文刊和英文刊,这是掌握国际学术话语权的基础。我国已经成为论文发表大国,我国科技期刊发展的数量和质量也在不断提升,但大部分科技期刊需依托第三方出版平台完成论文的投稿、评审及发表等工作,容易造成出版“卡脖子”。为了能在自主办刊上取得一些突破,通过加强出版人才建设、夯实技术基础等措施,中山大学中山眼科中心自主研发符合国情、具有医学特色的出版平台,服务中文期刊和英文期刊的全流程出版。本文就基于自主出版平台服务自主办刊过程的一些探索进行总结分析,以期为我国科技期刊发展提供可借鉴的办刊经验。

    Abstract:

    The development of world-class sci-tech journals should encompass both Chinese and English publications, as this is foundational for securing international academic discourse power. China has emerged as a significant contributor to academic paper publications, with the quantity and quality of its sci-tech journals continually improving. However, a reliance on third-party publishing platforms for paper submission, review, and publication remains a prevalent issue, and creates vulnerabilities akin to "being choked" in the publishing process. In order to make some breakthroughs in independent journal publishing, Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University has independently developed a publishing platform tailored to national conditions and featuring medical characteristics by strengthening the development of publishing talents and consolidating the technological foundation. This platform serves the entire publishing process of both Chinese and English journals. This article summarizes and analyzes some explorations based on the process of serving independent journal publishing through the self-developed publishing platform, aiming to provide referential experience for the development of scientific journals in China.
