Abstract:Considering the issue of talent attraction at the enterprise strategy and decision-making level with a holistic viewpoint involving the internal and external environment, the paper establishes an organizational attractiveness risk management framework by reference to the research on organizational attractiveness and relevant factors. Through the analysis on the formation and effect of organizational attractiveness, and its risk management, along with its application in the field of workplace health assessment and employer brand, the paper systematically elaborates on the tracing of the risk of organizational attractiveness, and its management division and responsibility cognizance, with the aim of actually integrating organizational attractiveness management into the enterprises’ overall work environment and employees’ working experience.
