提要：近年来,我国在创新政策的实践方面取得了长足进步,创新政策的数量大大增加,质量也不断提升,有力促进了我国创新的发展。然而,一些问题也暴露出来,如创新政策的理论研究滞后、规范性不够、法律化进程缓慢等。我国创新政策亟待转型,加强政策理论研究,更加重视运用需求面创新政策,加强对创新政策的评估,推进立法进程等。

Abstract:

In recent years,China has made considerable progress in theSpracticeSof innovation policy,Sfrom severe shortage to the direction of quantity increase and quality improvement.However,Ssome problemsSareSexposed,Ssuch as theSlagSofSinnovation policyStheory,Sinsufficient standardization and so on.SIt’s an urgent problem to reform the innovation policy of China,to strengthen policyStheory research,Spay more attention to the use ofSdemand-side innovation policy,Sstrengthen the assessment ofSinnovation policy,Spromote the legislative process,and so on.
