Abstract:

The critical chain theory considers the resource constraints and process path as equally important. It can effectively solve personnel inertia problem to ensure timely completion of the project. An index system is optimized by considering the impact of risk factors on the project. A method based on the Grey-hierarchy analysis is further developed for critical chain management. This method can eliminate the project uncertainty to the maximum extent and effectively reduce the safety time of each process. Furthermore, it can provide suggestions for project management, Therefore, it has a certain practical significance.
