加强科技基础条件建设是提高创新驱动能力的根本保障,广东省重点实验室是科技基础条件平台的核心要素,更是科技资源整合创新的主要载体。为适应广东创新驱动发展的战略需求,按照深化科技体制改革的要求,以广东省重点实验室为研究对象,对广东省重点实验室的现状和成效加以总结,分析其发展过程中存在的问题,并为其促进广东省创新驱动能力的提升提出下一步发展建议。

Abstract:

Strengthening the construction of scientific and technological infrastructure is the basic guarantee for improving the innovation driving ability, the Key Laboratory of Guangdong province is the core element of the scientific and technological foundation condition platform, and it is the main carrier of the integration and innovation of science and technology resources. In order to meet the needs of Guangdong innovation driven development, the paper takes Guangdong Province as the research object, summarizes the current situation and achievements of Guangdong Province, analyzes the existing problems in the development process, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of Guangdong province.
