Research on the evaluation indicator system of responsible innovation in the enterprises of Dalian High-tech Zone

摘要:

基于大连高新区企业负责任创新评价的需要,从企业产品设计理念、产品生产过程和评价监督机制三方面构建企业负责任创新评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对指标进行权重赋值。以大连高新区内新锐天地有限公司和世安科技股份有限公司为案例,采用该评价指标体系对其进行评估,揭示了高新技术企业在负责任创新方面取得的成绩和存在的问题,验证该指标体系的合理性和准确性。

Abstract:

Based on the requirement of the evaluation on enterprises responsible innovation in Dalian High-tech Zone, this paper has developed an evaluation indicator system combining 3 aspects of product design, production process and supervision mechanism responsible innovation evaluation indicator system of the enterprise, using AHP for indicator weight assignment. Two local companies, namely New Vision and Shian, are also taken as examples in discussion, and assessed with the evaluation indicator system as well. The result shows that there are achievements along with problems about responsible innovation in many enterprises, which has verified the reasonableness and accuracy of the system.
