摘要:

知识转移是产学研协同创新活动的本质,是产学研协同创新活动的必要过程。科学定义产学研协同创新团队,并从目标层面、操作层面、组织层面探析产学研协同创新团队的特点。基于上述理论分析,剖析产学研协同创新团队知识转移的特征,包括：知识转移的任务复杂性、转移主体之间的知识深度距离较小且知识宽度距离较大、转移的知识以隐形知识为主、团队内部信任关系建立时间较长、多重调控。最终,从目标、要素、过程、关键环节等方面阐释产学研协同创新团队知识转移的内涵。

Abstract:

Knowledge transfer is the essence and necessary process of Industry-University-Research(I-U-R) collaborative innovation activities. The concept of the I-U-R collaborative innovation team is defined, and the features of the I-U-R collaborative innovation team are expounded from the target level, operation level and organization level. According to the above analysis,the unique features of knowledge transfer in the I-U-R collaborative innovation team are discussed from the task complexity, knowledge depth and width among the transfer subjects, the knowledge characteristics, the establishment time of the trust relationship within the team and multiple regulation. In the end, the connotations of knowledge transfer in the I-U-R collaborative innovation team are interpreted from the target, elements, process and key aspects．
