韩国第五次国家技术预测工作的创新及启示

摘要:

韩国于2017年3月发布了第五次国家技术预测工作报告。在此次预测工作中,韩国完善了组织机制,创新了预见方法,丰富了调查内容,并推进成果普适化应用,为第四次科技基础计划的制定提供强有力的支撑。梳理技术预测工作的理论和方法基础,系统总结韩国第五次技术预测工作中的理论创新、方法创新和内容创新,对我国技术预测工作提出有关建议。

Abstract:

In March 2017, South Korea released the fifth national technology forecasting work report. This work provided strong support for the formulation of the fourth science and technology foundation plan. In this process,South Korea improved its organizational mechanism, innovated the forecasting method, enriched the investigation content, and promoted the application of the results. This paper summarizes the points of theoretical innovation, method innovation and content innovation, and makes some recommendations to the next round of Chinese technology forecasting Work.
