广东省科研信用管理体系建设现状、问题及对策建议

摘要：科研信用管理作为项目管理过程中不可或缺的部分，贯穿项目管理的全过程。广东省科研信用管理经过多年来的实践、调整，在制度建设、工作机制、平台建设、宣传、共享与应用等方面取了一些成效，但整体上仍存在短板和薄弱环节。文章从完善省级科研诚信信息管理办法、建立广东省科研诚信信息目录、明确科研信用管理各主体责任、推动科技伦理管理体制建设等方面提出建议和发展对策，为科研信用管理体系创新提供新思路。

Abstract:As an indispensable part of project management, scientific research credit management runs through the whole process of project management.Guangdong scientific research credit management has made some achievements in system construction, working mechanism, platform construction, publicity, sharing and application, but there are still shortcomings and weak links on the whole.This paper puts forward some suggestions from perfecting scientific research credit management system, perfecting provincial scientific research credit information management methods and promoting the construction of scientific and technological ethics management system. Provide new ideas for the innovation of scientific research credit management system.
